On Saturday the students of Betsy Layne High School gathered for a graduation parade in their honor. The parade ventured through the community, returning to the school for the for the diploma ceremony. After the ceremony the school held a fireworks show for any of the students who wished to stay. COVID-19 guidelines were enforced throughout the entirety of the event as students and their guests were asked to stay in their vehicles throughout the parade; while those who stayed for the fireworks show were allotted designated space in the schools parking lot to encourage social distancing.
