Wheelwright swears in new police chief

On Aug. 24, the Wheelwright City Council held a special called meeting in order to swear in its not-so-new police chief. Keith Justice, left, was sworn in by Wheelwright Mayor Don "Booty" Hall previously served as the city's chief of police. According to Justice, he will be moving into the city, something Hall and the other members of the council believe will help with the increased mischief that has taken place without any form of police presence.
